Licensing

The one-time server license fee for Adobe Content Server is $10,000; this includes first year maintenance and technical support (email and phone). Subsequent years maintenance and support fee is $1500. In addition to the server license, licensees pay a transaction fee for each content license transaction. Transaction fees are as follows:

• Non-expiring licenses cost $0.22 per transaction. Permanent licenses have no expiration date.
• Expiring licenses with an expiration within 60 days cost $0.08 per transaction.
