DL Composer
DL Composer quickly and accurately publishes PostScript and PDF files from SGML input, DTDs, and FOSI (mil-28001) style sheets. These formats specifically adhere to the publishing standards of the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as most major airline manufacturers.
DL Composer creates output for printing, onscreen preview, or both.

The United States Department of Defense (DOD) requires all of their manuals to exist as Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) and as Format Output Specification Instance (FOSI or MIL-28001) when published. U.S. DOD publishers use DL Composer to maintain these standards.

PostScript
DL Composer can output PostScript files that are printable on most commercial digital printers.
DL Composer has been integrated with the Adobe PDF Library to enable DL Composer to output true PDF files. This integration allows users to apply advanced functions such as bookmarks, Web hyperlinks, and hotlinks to locations within the PDF document.
