As mentioned in my last blog post, we are taking our new customer portal live this week, and will be bringing customers online over the next week or so.
Here’s a video reviewing basic functionality:

As I mentioned previously, the new portal is built upon more extensible (and more fully supported) Salesforce.com technology. Our Enterprise and Mobile Support teams are already hard at work on the next set of portal enhancements. Customers: be on the lookout for an email prompting you for first-time login, etc.
