Adobe activation server and their Adobe ID servers experienced outage since yesterday evening. Adobe is in the process to restore Adobe ID account page and activation services.
This affects the Adobe ID creation, Adobe ebook activation process, and if you use Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) or other ebook reader applications, you may not be able to retrieve the list of Vendors to activate the apps. If your app is activated already, you may still be able to download content; therefore, please keep your apps activated till further notice.
There is no firm estimate when the services will be restored but it is estimated to be another few hours. We will provide frequent updates as comments to at the top of this blog post. Please check back with us. You can also check for status update from Adobe’s status page: http://status.adobedps.com/.
In addition, Adobe Customer Care is aware of the issue as it affects Creative Cloud services. You can follow their tweets at @AdobeCare as they will likely post news when service has been restored. We will also post updates to our Twitter account (@DatalogicsInc).
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact acs_support@datalogics.com.
Thanks for your patience!
