  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based products extensively on AWS
  • Strong ability to plan and manage projects and schedules, estimate scope, and pivot to align with changing priorities and objectives
  • Passion for delivering forward-looking innovations, as well as supporting and maintaining customer satisfaction for mature products
  • Demeanor and personal compatibility with the software development organization at Datalogics

Additional Considerations:

  • Broad professional cloud infrastructure experience across diverse set of technologies

  • Ability and willingness to speak publicly about our products and technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring engineers to grow their skills and abilities with cloud technologies
  • Working with engineers to develop project plans, specifications, estimates, and schedules
  • Monitoring team project progress vs. schedules and proposing revisions to project plans and staffing as necessary
  • Assigning tasks and balancing ongoing projects and immediate needs for product fixes and problem resolution
  • Providing opportunities and encouragement for employee growth and team productivity growth
  • Participation in the creation and maintenance of cloud development processes and standards
