Q Can I install my product on more than one machine?

A Your subscription allows you to install and use the software on a single server (up to four cores) for one year. For premium products, you must reach out to our sales staff for pricing and licensing arrangements.

Q How do I access my product license information?

A When you purchase a product from the eCommerce shop, Datalogics provides you with an activation key that you can use to generate a license file. The license file lasts for one year, and can be accessed from within your user account at any time.

Q How can I request support?

Q How do I get product updates?

A As a licensed user, we will notify you when a new release is available. You can also login to your account to check for updates.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

A You can pay for your downloaded software product using a credit card number or your PayPal account. 

Q Do your products offer graphical user interfaces?

A No, our products do not utilize graphical user interfaces.
