We create an account for you when you purchase or evaluate a product. You may also register for an account by clicking “Account” at the top right of our website and using the register form.

To access your account, click “Account” on our website and use the login form. When your account page appears, you may change your password or billing address if you’d like.

The more information you provide, the quicker somebody will be able to help with your issue.

Please provide the following:

  • Product name
  • Product version
  • A detailed description of steps to reproduce an issue, including:
    • Error messages
    • Code samples that reproduce the issue
  • A link to any required files

First, make sure that you are logged into your user account. Click the arrow under “Display Name” to select your first name, last name, or email address. Here you can change the values for your first name, last name, or both. Make sure you save your changes, and then click the arrow next to “Display Name” again to apply the changes.

You can pay for your downloaded software product using a credit card number or your PayPal account.

Your subscription allows you to install and use the software on a single server (up to four cores) for one year. For premium products, you must reach out to our sales staff for pricing and licensing arrangements.

No, our products do not utilize user interfaces.

When you purchase a product from the eCommerce shop, Datalogics provides you with an activation key that you can use to generate a license file. The license file lasts for one year, and can be accessed from within your user account at any time.

As a licensed user, we will notify you when a new release is available. You can also login to your account to check for updates.
