We create an account for you when you purchase or evaluate a product. You may also register for an account by clicking "Register" at the top right of our website.

To access your account, click "Login" on our website. When your account page appears, you may change your password or billing address if you'd like.
If you want to change or remove a question you posted to the Community Forum, first log in to your user account, and then open the question. You will see options to edit or delete the question.

The more information you provide, the quicker somebody will be able to help with your issue.

Please provide the name of the product you are working with and a detailed description of the problem you need addressed. Include the text for any error messages you see, names of files involved, copies of code samples that might be relevant, and a detailed description of the problem that you would like us to address.

First, make sure that you are logged into your user account.  Click the arrow under “Display Name” to select your first name, last name, or email address. Here you can change the values for your first name, last name, or both. Make sure you save your changes, and then click the arrow next to “Display Name” again to apply the changes.

Make sure you are signed in to your user account, and then open your question. You should see an option to vote for an answer as being useful to you. You can only vote for an answer if you are the author of the question.

First, make sure that you are signed in to your user account. Then, open your question and click on the option to edit the question. You should see a drop-down list of categories. Click the list to select a different category.

You can pay for your downloaded software product using a credit card number or your PayPal account.

Your subscription allows you to install and use the software on a single server (up to four cores) for one year. For premium products, you must reach out to our sales staff for pricing and licensing arrangements.

No, our products do not utilize user interfaces.

When you purchase a product from the eCommerce shop, Datalogics provides you with an activation key that you can use to generate a license file. The license file lasts for one year, and can be accessed from within your user account at any time.

As a licensed user, we will notify you when a new release is available. You can also login to your account to check for updates.
